Battle Creek Log Homes is dedicated to serving the needs of our customers in every way possible, so we offer in-house construction services consisting of the installation of all items listed in our heavy timber dry-in package. Prior to the arrival of our construction crew, the homeowner must have their foundation in place. We will provide specifications and blueprints for foundations. Our crew will need access to temporary power, provided by your electric company. They will also need access to a bathroom facility—either a “porta potty” or a willing neighbor.
Our crews can complete your log home dry-in construction in roughly 1-2 weeks per 500 square feet of living space. Please note that we cannot guarantee Mother Nature’s cooperation, but our crews always keep homeowners and their timeframes in mind when scheduling.
