Prices vary depending on whether it’s a single level or two story home and whether it has more covered porches than open decks. All of our Dry-In prices are listed under Floor Plans.

Although prices vary depending on design and location, the national average cost to build a log home can be anywhere from $225 and $250 per sq. ft. Please see our Estimate Guide to assist in helping you calculate Turnkey costs.

A list of our Dry-In Materials is listed in Material Packages. Our standard package starts with the sill plate on top of your foundation and we go up to the felt paper on top of the roof.

BCLH is a full service company. We sale, design, mill, and build. We can do as little or as much as each customer may need. We can sale just a package of materials and let you build it, or we can supply a materials package and the labor to Dry-In the home. A breakdown in prices is listed under Floor Plans.

Build times will vary slightly depending on weather and crew size. Please allow 1-2 weeks per 500 sq. ft. of living space to dry-in a home. Refer to Labor Packages to learn more.

Freight is based upon current market rates depending on location.

All of our plans are totally customizable. Customers can submit their own designs and we can work from competitors designs with some modifications. Check out our Construction Plans page to learn more.
