Battle Creek Log Homes Construction Plans

At Battle Creek Log Homes, our design department is proud to provide the most detailed and complete sets of log cabin and log home construction plans possible for our customers. Because our goal is to be the best in the industry, we work hard to create the best custom log home designs imaginable, custom tailoring each home to the needs and requirements of each individual customer. Our design department relies on over two decades of combined experience to meet and exceed expectations for all construction plans from preliminary drawings to final plans.

All Plans Include

We provide 3 sets of standard construction plans with each of our new log home sales, and we carefully design all of our log homes and log cabins to meet the International Building Code. The homeowner is responsible for contacting local building inspectors to find out which additional codes must be met and relay this information to us so that we can design and plan accordingly. We can also provide stamped engineering plans, if needed, at an additional charge.

Additional Items Provided

In addition to providing 3 sets of standard construction plans with all of our new log home sales, we also provide a pre-cut and numbered log cutsheet and materials takeoff. In these cutsheets, every log wall is drawn out to show window and door rough openings and display where each individual log is intended to be placed. The materials takeoffs we provide are complete breakdowns of all materials provided, organized by each individual system in the home to facilitate proper placement.
